wont start when swith on, if you spin drum with hand it seen to run fine. help please

The problem lies with the motor capacitor failing.Replace this and it will be ok . It's the cylindrical unit on the motor with two terminals attatched. The unit is usually held on by a 13mm nut but maybe just plastic clipped .
