the unit powers up and says loading all the time.if it is under the 1st year ring jvc customer line the number is in the inst book,they will arrange to swap he unit for you.if not see if 2 caps in the power supply are domed on top if so replace them (1500uf 25v)if ok..the digi pcb if faulty(under the ram drive) $$$$$$$$ to replace.....
