I can get it to start no problem by pulling the chocke lever half-way. If I release the throttle it dies. If I turn the choke off it dies. It sounds like it floods. I cant keep it running. does anyone have any suggestions?
I cleaned the gas tank and added new gas.

i suggest you clean the carburettor out,the idle jet and/or the main jet could be blocked.you could also check the fuel tank to make sure there is no water in the bottom of it as sometimes the engine will act like this if water has settled at the bottom of the fruel tank as its heavier than petrol.ok gook luck
