Ok, after much pulling of panels etc. I have fixed it! No it isn't fuse no.7 it's not even listed any where! If you remove the fuse box drop down and look up towards the steering wheel there are four fuses sitting on their own. The fuse that protects the lighter socket and rear popwer sockets is the fourth from the left. 20 Amp. Inserted new one and bingo one happy Daughter!!!
