i have a v reg 1999 1.6 16v ecotec zafira engine gets fairly hot especially in lower gears which has just started uses lots of oil doesnt leave patch on floor but engine covered in oil when car gets quite hot i lose alot of power & she kind of kangaroos in 2nd gear any ideas?

check to see if the water reservoir is pressurising or bubbling in the coolant,try and see exactly where the oil is leaking pay attention round about the head gasket
