Please help, I cannot get a picture, just the sound. Have tried new remote, didn't help. There is a shadow of a picture if you look closely but raising brightness doesn't help. Have tried turning it on and off and unplugging it and leaving it for an hour or so and trying again. Had a repair man out for same thing while under warranty and it blooming well worked first time so he just left. Occasionallyl I get a picture and when I do it's a good picture. Have checked all cables are in too.
