kenmore dryer stopped mid cycle?

hi, my kenmore dryer stopped mid cycle. it does nothing when i set it back and push start. i hear a click but no spin. i did two loads of heavy towels just prior. but i've done that before. did i burn something out?

help please!!

Hello,

I would check out the thermal fuse. This will kill a dryer if the fuse blows. If this is the problem, check your exhaust vent for blockage.
