all the lights do what they should. The heater heats, but the motor doesn't engage to turn the drum. The door is closed, a 'click' is heard - then.... nowt...

Occasionally, the motor does engage briefly, then the drum turns normally - it stops as usual to reverse the direction of tumble .. then ... nowt...

Any ideas where to start looking???
