IS IT POSSIBLE TO INCREASE THE SPIN SPEED ON THIS 1000RPM MACHINE?DOES IT HAVE A GOUVENOR OR SOME RESTRICING COMPONENT?I NEED TO INCREASE DRYING TIME.
