techwood Twp4210 switches off?

Hi Techwood tv turns itself off after a couple of hours, with no green/red light. It does have a ticking noise coming from it though. At the moment you can then turn it on the next morning, but same happens again. Please help!

That's what happens with mine David although mine doesn't go onto standby, get nothing from it. Do you know why it does this or how to fix it?
