Hotpoint Tumble Dryer TDC 30 not heating up?

Noticed that the heating element was broken so replaced it - it still doesn't heat up could it be the thermostats???

yes i have the same problem. cut out thermostat connection looks burnt so i replace the thermostats as not heating at all and now only heating half temp so i replaced the element hope this helps
