how can i disconnect my vauxhall corsa immobiliser?

hi i have a l reg corsa 1.4 my battery died, when i jump started it an alarm went off which i didnt even know the car had one, i disconnected the horn to prevent the alarm from sounding now my car has immobilised can anybody help

i have a 55plate corsa with an engine conversion and i have lost the keys and the reg from the engine, i have a key to fit the barrel but the chip doesnt match the transponder. any help will be apreciated
