Apparently this works on many Matsui's, never tried it myself:
1) You must enter any code 3 times, so it displays 'protected'.
2) Hold Volume Down on TV while pressing Button 7 on the Remote Control (must be done within 5 seconds).
3) Alter PIN as required.
