Spear & Jackson Ser No. 2007/06 ARG-6044?
Used twice but now although starts easy refuses to run at full speed which makes the clutch slip. Does not seem to be any adjustment on carburetter, clutch is unworn and dry, general appearence of strimmer is like new.
