can you tell me how to topup the gearbox oil

In normal use there is no need to top up ATF. If there is no signs of leaks and the box works ok leave it alone. If you have a fault with the box then repost symptoms.

if there is no 2nd dipsick in engine compartment, then jack car up, place axle stands under car, and look around gearbox (usually at the front) for small filler pipe, if you cannot see one, it might be you have a plug type filler i would get a haynes manual to make sure, so you do not undo wrong plug. aslo check gearbox seal is intact, and no leaks from it.
