how can I fix wf02466?

FD 8406 612 722 Bosch classixx 1200 fills with water and empties, but the drum does not turn to do the wash or spin cycles. Drum turns manually, belt is also intact. When timer is engaged it can be heard clicking.

check the length of carbon brushes in the motor they could be down to the wear limit .
