Zanussi WJD1257w tumble dryer part not working?

The tumble dryer function not working drum spins but timer not counting down. Only have 30v at tumble dryer motor??

Your timer has gone if it is not counting down, and needs replacing.OR check the brushes or carbons that go into the side of the motor.
