my 92 chevy lumina van fuel?

i've tried every thing i can think of to do with the fuel .the fuel gets to the engene but won't start and acts like it's out of gas but there is plenty of gas.

Have you checked the fuel pressure >? Even thou it looks like fuel is at engine without proper fuel pressure it won`t crank
usually around 45psi @ fuel rail
