How can I fix Ryobi RY30000A trimmer?

Starts in A postion after priming per label, then moves to half choke B position and runs at full speed there. Moving to Full throttle C fades out to stop. Only will work in C after several minutes in B.

This is normal. Petrol engines have to warm up! But they won't tell you this as they want you to think you can get on and use it straight away.
