2000 hyundai elantra - wiper fluid will not dispense onto windshield but the wipers still engage as if the fluid was on the windshield; any thoughts on how to solve?
check pump is working, empty bottle and clean out as the cleaning fluid turns into a jelly like substance, might need to unblock pipes, see if you can blow them though with an airline.
