Kenmore Series 80 Washing Machine SPIN?

My Kenmore Series 80 Washing Machine does not spin with a load in it. I can get it to spin when it is empty by pushing the tub to get it started. If you hold it modearately, it will stop the spin and it will not even get started with a load in it.
