i have samsung home cinema system with wireless rear module - it is new (unused for 18mths+), and i've just set it up but i cannot get sound from rear speakers (connected to wireless device). i have done everything in manual - can somebody offer any advice - or the number of a home visit engineer?

plug it in push the reset button five or six times then push the on off switch on the back i think its three or four time on and off it should connect be sure the player is off when u do this but plugged in i have one and its not easy but it can be done if u cant get it to work type it back in and ill see if i can help further
