Hi. I've got a 03 1.9 Renault Traffic that seems to run at about 50mph on flat roads, but loses power on hills. Been told that it needs a new computer program loaded and the old one wiped off, but Renault are saying no, it needs new engine.

Can anyone help??

they must have a good reason for saying it needs a new engine,did they do a compression test?check the turbo and hoses?is it burning oil?would go back and have a word with them and find out what they know about your motor
