Vauxhall Zafria 1.8 Petrol?

Hi all I have an 02 1.8 Vauxhall Zafria with three faults
1/ Front fog lamps will not turn on all bulbs and conections are ok and fuses ok
2/ Rear fog lamps will not turn on all bulbs and conections and fuses are all ok
3/ Air con will not work the compressor will not cut in fuese are all ok
If you can help me please My Local dealer is as much use as a paper ashtray
