i rebuilt my pc, after installing all necessary drivers i also installed a bios utility and keyboard driver, When i restart, the pc wont boot, there is no display, and there is a long beep after another long beep after another one continuously if i dont switch off the main switch, i tried reseting BIOS but still the problem is there

check all parts of the pc are well conencted, specialy RAM, CPU, Graphic card and HDDs.
Could the Bios utility erased part of it ? Can you re-install the Bios ?
have you tried to put a new HDD and start a fresh windows instalaltion ?

Try http://kb.iu.edu/data/afzy.html It has a list of bios beep codes and there is link in the box on the right for troubleshooting pc startup problems.
