How can I fix?

Hi guys I have just stripped my cam belt on my 2003 VW T4 2.5.

I am sure I have bent some velves and am sure the timing marks will now be out. How do I fix this do I need a special tool? or is there hope

thanks for the info. fortunately the car was idling when it failed I expect there to be some bent valve but I dont expect more trouble I give feed back once I have opened it up

If you have bent one or several valves, it's not a special tool that you need, its deep pockets. You will probaly need new pistons, valves and the head will need attention as well. It doesn't pay to ignore cam belt change intervals as you've found out to you cost.
