how to set timeing, engine is hard to start kicking back when starting cord pulled, runs perfect when started any advice on what problem is and cure will be very wellcome

No marks- simply re-fit in the crankshaft slot and slie the flywheel back on. Timing is fixed.

Engine overfilled with oil, Blade loose or flywheel woodruff key sheared.
