My Acer Extensa 5230E series is having problems with shutting down unexpectedly, its ok starting up and putting the user password in but after 5 or so minutes its freezes and then shuts down onto a blue screen (with writing) but then starts up again. Would really appreciate an answer to why this is occuring, many thanks.
