We've got a japanese import Disco with 300tdi engine but can't find an engine number, have researched other sites without success, a photo of the place would be a huge help, her vin number is correct on chassis and plate, vin number SALLJGM73WA775275, the 7 for engine is a mystery, it ought to be 6 I think.
It's automatic, would be grateful for help.

engine model number is normally stamped on engine, if you cannot find it, ask dealer if they can help.
