Take it to your local specialty vacuum cleaner retailer. Why hassel with it yourself? They know what they're doing and it's worth it to me to not get my hands dirty.

Remove the 5 phillips head screws from the bottom plate. Pull off the plate, and you will then see the brush roller and belt.
