hi there i am having problems connecting to the internet in my house it is saying unidentified network and limited accesson both wireless and lan cable i also have a works computer in my house that connects no problem phoned provider who told me that the router is fine and it must be some setting on my computer i am running windows 7 and am not the best with computers please help
