van cuts out?

got a 54 plate transit tourneo it keeps cutting out glow plug lights come on after the van cuts out but then starts back up and carries on

the glow plug light is on so it will have to go onto a code reader to see what faults are stored,as a starter would check when the filters were done last and replace if in any doubt and take it from there
