im running my modem using windows xp on a dell dimension 5100, but the download rate is slow- about 15-25 kb/s when it states the speed as running at 576 kb/s. Iv tried reinstalling the driver and checked that it is plugged in correctly but with no joy. Any ideas on hoe to improve the speed? cheers Daz.
