my renault clio van year 98 disel engine.the engine has started to lock up while trying to start up.other times she starts first time.what is the problem.
could be water entering bore over a period [say overnight] causing hydraulic lock,is it pressurising in cooling system and is it using water and possibly emitting white smoke on start up.
