No information bar on recorded programmes?

The information bar doesn't work on a recorded programme although works on live TV. Iv'e tried default setting to no avail (PVR 9200T)

Hard drive corrupted-re format by
1. Press Menu on remote control
2. Press OK on "RECORD"
3. Press OK on "HDD CONTROL"
4. Press OK on "Format"
Be warned that you will lose all recorded programmes
