how can i get rid of a worm? i have xp and norton antivirus cant get rid of it

Whatever the worm you have got on your system whatever antivirus package you have it should be able to quarantine the file. What you need to do is then go to your antivirus vendors site and they should have a 'Fix Tool' for that particular worm.

You will need add the name of the Worm which you have. They are all different and no one can help until you add the name. If it is Norton that has found the worm the report should give you the name of the Worm which has infected your PC.
