Look at user faults first, Correct tension ? threaded properly ? needle in the correct way round? are you pulling the fabric to the back of the machine instead of letting the machine feed it through ? if you are doing all of these things right then your machine may need retiming, you can type my address as you say it not as you see it and I will attach instructions if you email me.
