Front suspension "clonk" Phase 1 Laguna 1999?

Cant get to the bottom of this,been underneath pulling and tugging at the suspension arms etc and cant seem to see whats causing this constant clonking all the time,suspect its the wishbones but may be not HELP!!!

kev, have same problem but disappears when warm. As with you checked suspension all seems o.k. Local garage (as odd as it sounds) suggests the spring is rubbing! Recently had it mot'd that showed nothing.
