finding water/anti-freeze leak?

my x-reg citroen picasso is leaking water/anti-freeze but i'm unable to locate it where it is leaking from.it is dripping down just inside the front passenger wheel but even when on ramp can't trace it.doe'nt seem to drip when engine is running.

are you sure its not your windscreen washer bottle leaking as these are usually on the passenger side (near side).
