Renault Clio 1.4 2002?

can anyone tell me why me car wont start all the time when turn key it just make a clicking sound and the red light flashes constantly

give your starter motor a tap with a small hammer, clicking noise can mean its stuck, if that works but starter keeps sticking then you will need to change it.
