Lexus IS200 SatNav displays unable to read disc. ?

I have a Lexus IS200 on a 02 plate. It has its own GPS system. However, it displays unable to read the disc and I have since changed the disc and this doesn't allow me to use the satnav.

I have an idea what could be, but I what to know what you guys thoughts are.

I have the same problem, but in addition it moved from italian to english language after having displayrd for a bit a program page. It's a 1999 model.
