my cleaner is not working i have a bissell proheat2x model no 9200 .there seems to be a problem with the water .the carpets are not getting cleaned .the water is not spraying on to the carpet the bladder bag is full of clean water and no dirty water is coming back.

Is water comming out of the wand ?, if so then you may have a blockage in the nozzles or the heater. If no water comming out of the wand it may be the pump that has failed.
