Peugeot vivacity carb help?

okayy the problem is. i have the bike all done. but the carb seems to be letting to much fuel to the engine so the spark plug is getting flooded with petrol. with have tryied adjusting it but it just dont want to idle....... HELP

you need to clean the float needle and needle seat and also make sure the float actually floats and it has no leaks or any fuel inside it.i would use an ultrasonic cleaner.but thats because i have one :D
