how to fix a clutch problem?

i have a 1999 vectra witch has a clutch problem. the pedal goes down and up but no clutch and cant get a gear can any 1 help plz

The clutch is hydralic it seems you may have lost the slave cylinder, check your Brake/Clutch fluid level if this is going down then slave has gone,
