washing machine AEG LAVAMAT OKO 72520 C2 PROBLEM?

i bought it when in germany and now i have this problem - even bigger problem is manual is in german!

looks like it is not pumping or spinning - door jammed shut and wet stuff stuck init ???

Any clues what is wrong with it and how do i get the linen out????
