how can I fix my Zanussi condenser tumble dryer tc480?

Th dryer is working but only dries on the delicate temperature, if I change it onto one of the other heat settings it does the same low delicate heat setting. What is the problem and can it be repaired?

element faulty?.could be fixed but expect to be charged around £100 for part and fitting if it is the element!
