My Hoover HNF7167 has also decied to stop working after 2 years. 2nd time its broken down really disapponited and won't be buying a hoover again. It was working fine up until 3 days ago. The water goes straight out, doesn't even enter the drum. Been told its proberbly not connected properly what rubbish if its been working and not been disconnected. Had a Boshe for 10 years and its still going strong in the flat I'm letting out. Know which machine I will be buying next
