Take out carb remove top and needle. Then remove float bowl, Three screws bottom of carb. You will find floats, and jets. Blow out jets and ensure needle moves floats smoothly.
Be very careful as very delicate. make sure needle and slide goes right way back! If not bike will rev like crazy whn you start it
