Flymo turbolite 350 bearings?

Is there an easy way or a trick to removing a broken roller bearing from the blade shaft of the turbolite 350 mower. The inner part of the bearing is sticking to the shaft. The mower has been completely dismantled.

This is not a servicable part, just replace the base plate assembly.
