Machine goes thru any wash cycle fine, but during SPIN makes a loud banging sound with slight moving on kitchen floor.bearing check was ok. please help a.s.a.p.
lift drum upwards by putting your fingers under the stainless inner drum at 6 o clock and lifting upwards to 12 o clock.any movement up and down indicates bearing failure or broken bearing spider.distorted elements can catch under the drum or bra wires trapped under the drum causing noise.failed shocks can make a banging noise
